The Bible teaches that justification and sanctification happens at conversion or rebirth.  The forgiveness and remission of past sins is granted by God only through repentance.  “Gradual sanctification” is taught by the establishment church system to keep you in your sins and in bondage.  Do not be deceived!  The Holy Spirit will not dwell inside of a defiled heart.  The Blood of Jesus Christ has more power than we will ever really understand.
